Some contests require participants to apply castor oil to their hair at least three times a week while others require daily applications. I will be using the mango lime extra dark castor oil and it is. Therefore i wanted to maximize on all of my growth achieved during the challenge and relax once the challenge was over.
I decided to take part in the castor oil challenge from 1st october 2017 1st january 2018 to see if it wold help in thickening up my roots and see if it he. I had a pretty bad cold towards the end of january 2019 and relaxing my hair was on the back burner.

Regardless of whether i incorporate castor oil into my regimen i will participate in a future castor oil challenge.
I was participating in the castor oil challenge from october 14 2018 january 14 2019. The challenge begins feb 7th 2009 until april 7th 2009. If decide to continue use i know i will see an increase in my hairs overall volumethickness. The frequency of applying castor oil should also be established.
So introducing a castor oil challenge at this point in time is perfect to assist me in promoting hair growth increasing fullness and most importantly keeping me accountable.
